A CASA DA TERRA
Casa da Terra

Once again we have the chance to enjoy our yogic holidays and our free time in this wonderful place, "A Casa da Terra", in Antas de Ulla (Lugo).

  • This is a typical galician house with several spaces, raised on stone and built with strong oak and chestnut beams
  • There is a chimney in the house, rooms, several bathrooms, a dining room and a covered balcony.
  • The house works with solar energy.
  • The yoga room is very wide, made of wood, very clear and facing east.
  • In the outside one can enjoy: the river, the wide meadow and a vast area of oaks and chestnuts where we can practice open air activities, set up the tents and tipis and, above all, enjoy this wonderful place making Yoga, workshops, music and live concerts.

AND WITHOUT THE STIFLING HEAT TYPICAL IN THE REST OF SPAIN IN SUMMER.

There will come internationally reknown teachers who will share with us their experience and music in a joyful way.

Of course, we will also have "Leisure Time Activities"; we will go for a walk, swim in the river and have a rest on the grass enjoying the oaks and chestnut trees shade.

The festival is open to children, they are the protagonists, there will be yoga instructors and leisure time teachers to lead a varied range of activities for them.

Alternative and active tourism:

Hiking, cycling, canoeing, archery (using breathing techniques), flying fox, rafting... This activites will be held in special sites and under qualified instructors' guidance.

No doubt this will be a different holiday where you will practice the best yoga with internationally reknown teachers, you will have the chance to attend very interesting workshops, music and live concerts.
